Request to enable the anniversary widget to recurrently render anniversaries

Currently the Anniversary widget renders anniversaries if they are only set to a future date. It would be great to have the widget render upcoming anniversaries recurrently based on the same date and not the year. For example, if a users' anniversary is set to 20th January 2025, it would be great that the anniversary is also rendered as an upcoming anniversary on 20th January 2026 within the anniversary widget when the date approaches. As it currently stands, admins need to update the year in the users' profile in order to have the users' anniversary rendered in the next year. It would also be great to add a custom message based on the number of the anniversary year(s). For example "Happy 5 Year Anniversary".
